A tee-sheet platform built for how golf clubs actually get paid
OnTheTee lets golfers find and book tee times online, and gives clubs one dashboard to run their tee sheet, memberships, staff access and payouts, in their own currency, on the payment rails their country actually supports.
Who runs OnTheTee
OnTheTee is a partner brand owned and operated by HFB Global (KVK 82762201). We built OnTheTee after seeing how many clubs were still taking bookings by phone or spreadsheet, or paying for tee-sheet software that never quite fit how their region gets paid. Stripe alone doesn't reach every country we wanted to serve, so we built the payment layer to match the region instead of the other way round.
Where we operate
OnTheTee currently supports clubs in 45 countries across Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific and Southern Africa, billing in 20 currencies. Most clubs settle through Stripe Connect, in their own currency, wherever Stripe supports it. South African clubs settle through Paystack instead, and Botswana, Namibia, Mozambique, Lesotho and Eswatini through the platform's own Stripe account, since Stripe Connect doesn't reach those countries yet. On the Club plan, a club can take payments on its own Stripe account instead, or in South Africa its own Paystack, PayFast or Bob Pay account. See the full country list on /pricing.
What we optimize for
Transparent pricing
Every plan, every commission rate, in every currency we bill, is published on /pricing. No sales call, no request-a-quote form.
Global reach, built for how each region pays
Stripe Connect covers most of the world in one integration. Southern Africa needed its own banking rails, so we built Paystack and platform-Stripe support natively instead of leaving those clubs without real payouts.
One dashboard for the whole club
Tee sheet, members, staff roles, upsells and payouts live in one place, so an owner or manager isn't logging into five different tools to run a golf day.
